USA's bet to Miss International 2008

Kelly Best (photo) was declared as the new representative of USA to the upcoming Miss International 2008 Beauty Pageant in Macau later this year. Kelly a 22 year old and also considered as a beauty contest veteran. She represented Port Huron first in 2002 in the Miss Michigan USA and placed in the semi-finals. Then she became 4th run-up in 2004. And she won the title Miss Michigan USA 2007 and competed in Miss USA 2007 and placed in the semi-finals.
