Miss Lebanon, Christina Sawaya is Miss International 2002

Miss International 2002 Beauty Pageant in it's 42nd year was held last September 30, 2002 at the Century Hyatt, Tokyo, Japan. A total of 51 beautiful contestants all over the globe participated in the annual event. At the final, the beautiful Christina Sawaya, Miss Lebanon was crowned as the Miss International 2001.

Miss France, Emmanuelle Jagodsinski and Miss Japan, Hana Urushima was chosen as the 1st and 2nd runners-up respectively.
