Elena Bianca Constantin is Miss Universe Romania 2009

20 year old Elena Bianca Constantin was crowned Miss Universe Romania 2009 during a beauty pageant held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania on June 27. She stands tall at 1.74m and was crowned by Dayana Mendoza, Miss Universe 2008 from Venezuela.

Elena will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Contest on August 23 to be held in Nassau, Bahamas.
