Miss Universe Guam 2009 is Racine Manley
Racine Manley was crowned as the new Miss Universe Guam 2009 and will represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 Contest on August 23 to be held in the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas. Racine is stands 1.68m tall and was crowned by Siara Robertson, Miss Guam 2008
Racine is a native Chamorro who is 24 years old. She listed dancing, running, among others as her hobbies. She is also interested in studying the native language of Guam and in her official bio, she used some phrases in the Chamorro language including the greeting Hafa Adai. Aside from the title, Racine also received several special awards including Miss Photogenic, Best in Evening Gown and Best in Swimsuit. Finishing as first runner-up is Clarissa Damian and the second runner-up is Jodee Catahay.
