Miss Jamaica World 2009 pageant will take place on August 22. The new winner will represent the country at the Miss World 2009 on December 12 at Johannesburg, South Africa. Brittany Lyons, Miss Jamaica World 2008 will take her final walk and crown her successor during the event.
