Ris Low is Miss Singapore World 2009

19 year old Ris Low was crowned as the new Miss Singapore World 2009 in a beauty pageant held on July 31. She was crowned by Faraliza Tan, Miss Singapore World 2008. Ris Low will now represent her country at the Miss World 2009 contest in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 12.
