Angie Alfaro wins Miss World Costa Rica 2009

Angie Alfaro Loria was crowned as the new Miss World Costa Rica 2009 held at the Radisson Europa Hotel in San Jose on August 4th. She is 18 years of age and stands tall at 1.74m. Angie Alfaro will represent Costa Rica at the Miss World 2009 Contest on December to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The runners-up are Malena Orozco will compete at Miss Earth 2009 in the Philippines and Jennifer Miranda will go to Miss International 2009 in Chengdu, China. Maria Isabel Valera is the first runner-up.
