Miss Earth 2009 Costume, Pasigandahan & Placenta Awards

The National Costume Competition of Miss Earth 2009 Beauty Pageant was held on November 4 at the Amazing Philippine Theater in Manila. All the candidates wore a fabulous costume that each represented their own country. But Miss Tanzania, Evelyn Almasi who won the Best in National Costume Award.

In the same event, Miss Guam, Maria Luisa Santos (photo, left) was awarded as Miss Pasigandahan. And Miss Puerto Rico, Dignelis Taymi Jimenez Hernandez (photo, right) was named as the Face of New Placenta.
