Charl Van den Berg of South Africa won the Worldwide Mister Gay 2010
Mr. Gay South Africa, Charl Van den Berg won the title of Worldwide Mister Gay 2010 pageant held in a nightclub in Oslo, Norway. Charl Van den Berg is the 2nd titleholder of the said pageant.
Mr. Gay Australia, Byron Adu, 25, was first runner-up. Mr. Gay Hong Kong,Rick Dean Twombley, 33, was second runner-up. Third runner-up was Mr. Gay China, Xiaodai Muyi, 26. And Mr. Gay Spain, Sergio Lara, 26, was fourth runner-up who also happens to be the winner of Mister Gay Europe 2009.
