BIO: I live in the small village of Denby Dale on the outskirts of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I am 22 years old and I work as an estate agent in Barnsley, where I deal with residential lettings and negotiate sales. This is the first competition that I have entered and I did not expect to get this far. I usually spend my spare time in wellies down at the stables, but this year I will be trading them in for high heels to hopefully become Miss Universe GB 2010. The Miss Universe GB competition is supporting a great charity, The Joshua Foundation, and I want to do everything I can to raise money and awareness for the charity and help to fulfil my ambition to make a difference. My stepfather is currently undergoing chemotherapy so I understand how hard it can be and will be pulling out all the stops to raise as much money as possible through fundraising leading up to the final. As a country girl at heart, I adore animals and own a horse called Domino who I love spending time with as well as my other pets including two Jack Russells. If I win Miss Universe GB 2010 it would mean the world to me and I will give it 110%.
