Miss USA 2010 Controversial Glamour Shots by Fadil Berisha

Paula Shugart, President of the Miss Universe Organization, appeared on the CBS “Early Show” Tuesday morning, to defend racy lingerie photos of Miss USA contestants. She said the photos are in good taste, and that the pageant has always been cutting edge.

The Miss USA pageant is feeling the heat after the organization released their official contestant pictures. To fit into this year’s “Waking up in Vegas” theme, the 51 contestants were photographed in bed wearing lingerie. The seductive photos have been causing controversy with media outlets questioning the appropriateness of the pictures and whether or not they represent the proper ideals. Donald Trump and Miss Universe Organization president, Paula Shugart fully support the pictures.
