Channing Smendziuk wins Miss Teen Canada World 2010

17 year old Channing Smendziuk from Brandon was crowned Miss Teen Canada World 2010 and she will represent the country at the Miss Teen World 2010 beauty pageant.

Channing Smendziuk is an accomplished ballet performer and a student at Vincent Massey High School. Along with winning $25,000 worth of prizes, she also won the most promising model/actor award, which includes a scholarship and a trip to Los Angeles, and will be giving a hand to a Free the Children project in a developing nation.

The Miss Teen South Manitoba winner, Souris' Kaitlan Thiessen, also attended the national competition.
