Emma Britt Waldron wins Miss Ireland 2010

Emma Britt Waldron from Waterford was crowned as the new Miss Ireland 2010 in a contest held on September 18 at the D4 Berkeley Hotel. She was crowned by Miss Ireland 2009, Laura Patterson.

Natasha Shafai and Laura Scanlon finished second and third, respectively.

Emma Britt Waldron will represent Ireland at Miss World 2010 beauty pageant in Sanya, People's Republic of China on October 30.
