Miss Earth 2006 winner is Hil Hernandez, Miss Chile

Miss Chile, Hil Hernandez was crowned as the 6th Miss Earth 2006 in a beauty pageant held on November 26 at The National Museum, Manila, Philippines.

The final question that night goes: "What effort must the country’s government exert to stop global warming?"
