Kayla Roush Crowned Miss Oregon Teen USA 2011
Beautiful 17 year old Kayla Roush was the winner of Miss Oregon Teen USA 2011 beauty pageant held on October 3 in Bend at the River House Convention Center.
Kayla Roush is from Scio and will represent the state of Oregon in Miss USA Teen 2011. She was the first runner-up in Miss Oregon Teen USA 2010.
