Miss District of Columbia USA 2011 is Heather Swann

22 year old Heather Swann from Washington was crowned as the new Miss District of Columbia 2011 in a beauty pageant held on November 28, 2010 at the JW Marriott Hotel, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave. in New York. She was crowned by MacKenzie Green, Miss District of Columbia 2010 winner.

1st run-up was Melody Chang; 2nd run-up was Echo Malone; 3rd run–up was Vanessa Waters; and finally the 4th run-up was Ciara Famble.



Heather Swann will represent District of Columbia in Miss USA 2011 pageant to be held in May 2011 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
