I think it is very important to renew the grape vines in the Crimea. Vineyards in Ukraine are very important because they are important resources for our wine business of our country and for our agriculture in general. It will be very important to develop programs to revive the vineyards and the wine industry .
Describe your childhood when you were growing up from 8 to 13 years old.
My parents brought up in me an interest in many things, , what I do and life in general . So, from the age of 8-13 and from that period I live very interested with my surroundings. The key words of that period were – school, dances, swimming, my family, my dog, friends, children's camp, grandmother and grandfather.
What lessons did you learn from your childhood/growing years?
I think, exactly at this age I have started to make decisions by myself, to be responsible and compulsory. I understood later, as time goes by , I had been a workaholic and had amazingly a big ability to remember everything. My basic education and the period of my childhood from 8 until 13 years was very productive and useful and I am very glad to have learned from these experiences.
What is your most memorable moment?
I have great passion for travel. Once, we went to the Latin America gathering, a group of "responsible" like-minded friends, for a meeting on New Year's Eve. It was a long and far flight to our destination so we decided to watch more sights and attractions. During our trip, when possible, we added some extra routes to the main route.
We thought to visit Brazil after a 10 - day long trip on the coast of Argentina and then we left all our luggage first in Argentina and then to visit one Brazil one more time – with her amazingly beautiful nature and the Iguassu waterfalls. For this trip, we hade taken only the most necessary things – sunglasses and a cap. After this trip, we were planning to return to Argentina for our luggages and start departing for home. We were sure in our genius plan but no one from us had checked our tickets.
And on the last night, we realized that our return flight was from Brazil and not from Argentina. It was so funny, we were just joking about our experience for the whole night and returned to a cold January Russia day with sun glasses and hats. Our luggage was returned to us one month after .
What is your environmental advocacy?
Unfortunately all environmental changes are the consequences of human intervention. So first of all, we need to influence human behavior in order to prevent future problems.
