Miss World Next Top Model 2010, Luna Ramos and her 1st run-up Miss Costa Rica, Adriana Pena have some fun doing a photo shoot wearing swimsuits / swimwear at the Lebanese Ski Resort of Kfardebian on January 12.

Apparently, a bunny sloper "accidentally" skis during the photo shoot.
