Miss Universo Portugal 2011 is Laura Goncalves

Laura Goncalves, a 22 year old beauty from Lisbon was crowned as the new Miss Universo Portugal 2011 or internationally known as Miss Universe Portugal 2011 beauty contest held on July 29 at the Hotel Miragem in Cascais.

Standing 175m tall, Laura Goncalves was born by Portuguese parents in Venezuela. She moved to Portugal in 2009 to finish her studies. She will now represent Portugal in Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant to be held on September 12 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Miss Universe Portugal competition is a joint organization between Gaeta Promocoes (organizers of Miss Brazil Universe) and NIU Sistemas.
