Representative of Vietnam in Miss World 2011
21 year old Victoria Pham Thuy Vy has been chosen to compete and represent Vietnam in Miss World 2011 beauty contest on November 6 in London, UK.
Victoria Pham Thuy Vy was appointed by Elite Vietnam, the license holder of the pageant in Vietnam, and submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for approval. Last August 10, the Department of Performing Arts, Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the license for her.
Standing 1.71m tall, Victoria Phạm Thuy Vy is currently a student of Business Administration at the University of California Berkeley. She was also the 2nd run-up at Miss Vietnam 2010 pageant.
