Kelly Cheung from USA wins Miss Chinese International 2012

The Miss Chinese International 2012 was held last January 15 at the TVB City in Hong Kong. The gorgeous Kelly Cheung / 張曦雯 from Chicago, Illinois USA was declared as this year's winner. She was crowned by Eliza Sam, Miss Chinese International 2011.
