Growing up I practiced traditional folk dance.
In what sports, if any, have you participated?
Though I’ve never played competitively, I enjoy playing tennis in my spare time.
Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
My Uncle is one of the most influential people in my life next to my parents. He has an unparalleled sense of positivity and motivation. No matter what life throws at him, he always manages to pull through with a smile on his face. I try to mirror his outlook and I hope to convey the same sort of attitude.
What is your proudest personal accomplishment (other than participating in this pageant)?
Acting as a positive role model to the students I work with is one of my proudest accomplishments. Knowing that younger children look up to me gives me a sense of gratification.

The most interesting thing about me would have to be that I am a very outgoing person. I strongly believe that life is too short to live in apprehension. I often seek adventure in everyday life.

When I was younger my best friend and I would organize yard sales every few weeks in the summer. Anything we found around the house (that our mother’s approved of, of course) we would sell.
