Luz Decena is the new Nicaraguan delegate to Miss World 2013
23 year old Luz Mery Decena Rivera from Managua receives the title of Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2013 during the Primera Hora TV show at the Canal 2 studios in Managua last August 15 after Adriana Paniagua refused to take the title a week before.
Luz Mery have now the responsibility of representing Peru in Miss World 2013 contest on September 28 at the Sentul International Convention Center in Sentul, Bogor, West Java and in Nusa Dua Complex in Bali, Indonesia.
