Yaritza Reyes is Miss Republica Dominicana Universo 2013
The annual Miss Republica Dominicana Universo 2013 / Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2013 took place last August 3 in Punta Cana's Hard Rock Cafe Hotel & Casino in Salvaleon de Higuey. Emerged as the night's titleholder was 18 year old Yaritza Miguelina Reyes Ramirez representing Elias Piña.
Standing 5'11.5" tall, Yaritza from Comendador will represent Dominican Republic in Miss Universe 2013 pageant on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall, Moscow in Russia.
The 1st run-up was Anyelina Sanchez representing Distrito Nacional. She was also named as Miss Continentes Republica Dominicana / Miss United Continent DR 2013. She will enter the Miss United Continent 2013 on September 14 at the Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Finished as 2nd run-up and also declared as Miss Republica Dominicana Hispanoamerica was Miss Samana, Alma Alvarez. She will go to Reina Hispanoamericana 2013 later this year.
Ended as 3rd run-up and named as Miss Intercontinental Republica Dominicana / Miss Intercontinental DR 2013 was Melissa Amaro representing Peravia. She will compete in Miss Intercontinental 2013 in Egypt.
The 4th run-up position and named Miss Repulica Dominicana Latina / Miss America Latina DR 2013 was Miss Guayacanes, Nicole Valdez. She will represent her Caribbean country in Miss America Latina 2013 contest.
And finally, the 5th run-up and also named as Miss Top Model Republica Dominicana / Miss Top Model DR 2013 was Miss Com. Dom. E.E.U.U, Chantel Martinez. She will go to Top Model of the World 2014 next year.
Completing the top 13 semi-finalists were: Maria Nelly Vicioso, Gloria Ramirez, Marileny Tejera, Jissett Hernadez, Irina Peguero, Tracy King and Auilda Garcia.
