Kerrie Baylis wins Miss Universe Jamaica 2013
25 year old Kerrie Simone Baylis from Kingston was crowned as the new Miss Universe Jamaica 2013 which took place last September 8 at the Jewel Dunn's River Beach and Resort in Ocho Rios where 11 beauties competed in the event organized by Uzuri International.
Close to the title was the 1st run-up Chantal Davis. Followed by Salomie Campbell as 2nd run-up. The 3rd run-up was Monique Brady, and finally, the 4th run-up place went to Kashema Scarlett.
Baylis was former Miss World Jamaica 2009 winner and competed in Miss World 2009. She currently works as a investment banker.
Aside from the title, Kerrie also wins the Most Aware and Best in Swimsuit awards. She stands 1.77m tall and will compete representing Jamaica in Miss Universe 2013 to be held on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.
