Fioralba Dizdari is Albania's new entry to Miss Universe 2013

The current Miss Universe Albania 2013, Kristina Bakiu was not able to meet the age requirement set-up by MUO. Therefore, she will be replaced by Fioralba Dizdari who will now be the official representative of Albania in Miss Universe 2013 on November 9 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.
