Francine Tiffany Baron wins Miss Dominica 2014
20 year old Francine Tiffany Baron from Grand Bay was crowned as the recent Miss Dominica 2014 held at the Windsor Park in Roseau last February 28.
Francine will represent Dominica in Miss World 2014 in London, England on November.
The first runner-up was Donnella Riviere and the second runner-up was Octavia Prosper.
